The Kiosk shows error 500: 'Internal Server Error'

This is most likely an issue with the configuration on the Kiosk Tablet. Go into the Admin Panel, and double check that the 'Target URI' contains the correct indexes:


For a riser screen:

'http://[dispatcher_ip]:[dispatcher_port]/app/riser/[floor_index]/[riser_index]'


For an in-car panel:

'http://[dispatcher_ip]:[dispatcher_port]/app/panel/[lift_index]/[door_index]/[deck_index]'

Note: For most installations, door_index and deck_index should be 0.


These indexes usually start from 0, so check that they are never >= to the amount of the object in the building.

E.G if riser_index == 2, but the building only has two risers, then this is likely the wrong configuration.
